KLM Planning Partners led the consultant team including Kirkor Architects, for this mixed-used development in Vaughan. The development consists of two 10 storey buildings at the north and south ends of the site, an amenity area between the two and fourteen townhomes along Woodstream Boulevard. The proposed development addresses York Region’s objectives for intensification while providing a catalyst for redevelopment along this currently under utilized segment of Highway 7.
