KLM Planning Partners designed this mixed use block in Richmond Hill. The block plan features large amounts of high density areas, as it is the planned terminus of an eventual subway extension. KLM has prepared the implementing Zoning By-law Amendments and Plans of Subdivision for the block, as well several site plan approvals for the high density blocks within the development.
