Zoning Bylaw Amendment Plan of Subdivision Site Plan Approval Chelsea Maple Station is a mixed use, transit oriented development currently under construction in Vaughan. KLM Planning Partners, working with Quadrangle Architects and The MBTW Group, was involved in the initial design of the development and moved the development through the approvals process including an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, Draft Plan of Subdivision, and Site Plan Approval. The development consists of 5 mid-rise buildings varying between 6 and 12 storeys and over 200 townhomes. When fully completed, an estimated 3,000 residents will enjoy an urban community with transit, retail, and park space all within walking distance. |
