KLM Planning Partners worked with Hunt Design Associates to successfully approve this mixed use project in Nobleton. The development features 28 townhomes and 6 live-work townhomes fronting onto Highway 27, creating a pedestrian friendly development that provides retail within walking distance of the local community. KLM guided the project through the approvals process, including Site Plan Approval and a Zoning By-Law Amendment. KLM additionally drafted the Plan of Condominium for the development.
