KLM Planning Partners designed this block plan in Newmarket. The plan includes a large central park and school space in the middle of the block, with streets designed to lead towards it and create a large park space that is within easy walking distance of the block's residents. KLM prepared an Official Plan Amendment for the development, as well as the implementing Plans of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendments.
