KLM Planning Partners designed this mixed use community in western Brampton. The design features a large office and commercial area along Steeles Avenue, mixed use development along Mississauga road, and residential lands in behind. KLM has additionally prepared the implementing Plans of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendments for the plan.
