KLM Planning Partners designed this Block Plan in northern Richmond Hill. This block plan involved extensive discussions with the Province of Ontario due to its location within the Oak Ridges Moraine. The plan protects environmentally sensitive moraine lands in the middle of the block, limiting development to less sensitive lands along the arterial roads.
