KLM Planning Partners Inc. were involved with the preparation of the Community Design Plan for the development of this community consisting of approximately 660 acres located in northern Markham, between Sixteenth Avenue, Major Mackenzie Drive, the Canadian National Railway, and Ninth Line.

The plan consists of a series of residential neighbourhoods focused around community use facilities such as schools, parks and other amenities. The community has been designed to accommodate approximately 5000 homes.

The community is nearing completion and KLM Planning Partners Inc. are directly involved in the registration of the last two plans of subdivision.
