 Located east of Highway 400, west of Edgeley Boulevard, north of Langstaff Road and south of Rutherford Road in Vaughan, KLM lead a team of consultants and obtained Site Plan Approval for the development of a two-storey Audi car dealership which is ‘Phase 2’ of a two-phase development. The Phase 1 lands at 105 Four Valley Drive were subject to a Site Plan application for a Porsche car dealership which was approved and is now constructed and operating. The Phase 2 approval completed the two-phase development for side-by-side Motor Vehicle Sales Establishments.
