KLM Planning Partners Inc. led the consultant team including Pearce McCluskey Architects for this 400,000 square foot Fed Ex Distribution Facility in Vaughan. KLM drafted an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, and received Site Plan Approval for the project. KLM was additionally involved in the design of the block plan in which the distribution centre is located. Once complete the facility will be Fed Ex’s first automated facility in Canada, capable of processing 15,000 packages an hour.
