Located off of Highway 27 on Di Poce Wy, KLM led the planning process for this development including approvals of an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Amednment. The development features a 400,000 square foot Fed Ex Distribution Facility in Vaughan. The facility was the first automated facility in Canada, capable of processing 15,000 packages an hour.
