Located at St Clair Avenue West and Jane Street, KLM led the planning process for this development including approvals for an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Approval. The Subject Lands were contaminated industrial lands before redevelopment, and required extensive remediation efforts before construction could begin. Working alongside RH Carter Architects, the project includes 6 retail buildings, street fronting retail and an automotive dealership.
