Located on the southwest corner of Teston Road and Weston Road in Vaughan, KLM lead a team of consultants and obtained site plan and minor variance approvals for the development of a church to be built in two phases. The overall development will consist of a two-storey church containing a school and gymnasium, 114 surface parking spaces, and vehicular and pedestrian access from Teston Road. The first phase comprising a one-storey building opened their doors to the surrounding community in 2025. The second phase is expected to be built within a 15-year time frame and will include a two-storey addition. The church development also included the conveyance of approximately 4.6 hectares of natural heritage lands to the TRCA, which will contribute to the valley system adjacent to this property.
