Located north of McNaughton Road and Major Mackenzie Drive, KLM Planning Partners Inc. supported the owner of the lands intially for a new employment/industrial and commercial subdivision. Considerable effort was required in support of development approvals adjacent to the now-closed Keele Valley Landfill site, the largest landfill in Canada. Most of the employment and commercial lands are built out along Rodinea Road and McNaughton Road. Following the initial subdivision approval, KLM assisted obtaining site plan approvals supported by consent and minor variance applications where applicable.
