Located just south of the Whitby GO Station, within the Port Whitby Protected Major Transit Station Area (PMTSA), KLM led the planning process for this site including approvals for an Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments to facilitate the creation of this purpose built and affordable rental development. Additionally, a Site Plan application is now in process for this high-rise mixed-use development that will represent a high visibility landmark and a gateway to the GO train station.
