Located at the intersection of Queen Street West and Elbern Markell Drive in the City of Brampton, KLM provided planning and project management services to guide approval of Official Plan and Zoning-Bylaw Amendment applications to achieve permissions for two high-rise towers of sixteen (16) and fourteen (14) storeys, and six (6) blocks of stacked townhouses for a total of 650 residential units. The development will add to the range of residential housing options in the area, sensitively addressing extreme grades while providing a gateway building marking entry to the Springbrook Tertiary Plan area.
