Located on the south side of Highway 7 between Jane Street and Maplecrete Road in Vaughan, KLM lead a team of consultants and obtained Draft Plan of Subdivision, Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment approvals, with on-going submission for Site Plan approval which will see the development of a high-density mixed-use development in the heart of Vaughan’s downtown within the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC). The development consists of 1,127 residential units within 2 high-rise residential towers (i.e. 42 and 43-storeys) on a shared podium with ground floor retail, and 4 levels of underground parking. The development will include a mix of unit sizes that will cater to a variety of income and lifestyle choices and contribute to City-building within the VMC.
