Located at Highway 7 and Jane Street in the City of Vaughan, KLM has led the planning process for the site, which will see the creation of two new mixed use residential towers and an office building, at one of the most prominent corners of the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. The development will introduce two new mixed use residential towers at 50 and 60 storeys comprised of 1,177 residential units with retail uses at grade, and a new 17 storey office building. One new public road will be created between Highway 7 and Apple Mill Road, to enhance transportation mobility within the existing network. A pedestrian galleria is proposed central to the site to promote pedestrian connections between Jane Street and the new public road.
