Located at Highway 7 and Woodstream Boulevard, KLM led the planning process for this site, which included the approval of a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Applocation. The development consists of two 10 storey buildings at the north and south ends of the site, an amenity area between the two and fourteen (14) townhomes along Woodstream Boulevard. The development addresses York Region’s objectives for intensification while providing a catalyst for redevelopment along this segment of Highway 7.
