Located at Jane Street and Rutherford Road, KLM led the planning process for this site which included approvals for an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and a Site Plan Application. The high density residential development is located on the northeast corner of the intersection and features four towers between 17 and 18 stories, as well as a large outdoor amenity area building on the development's location adjacent to a natural valley system.
