KLM Planning Partners Inc. led the consulting team including Graziani+Corozza Architects for this two tower development near Yonge Street and Highway 7 in Richmond Hill. The development required an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, and Site Plan Approval for construction to proceed. An additional 4 towers to the north were included in the Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment, and will be brought through the site plan approval process when market conditions warrant.
