Located on the south side of Highway 7 between Jane Street and Creditstone Road in Vaughan, KLM lead a team of consultants and obtained official plan, rezoning, subdivision, site plan and condominium approvals, which will see the development of a high-density mixed-use building in the heart of Vaughan’s downtown within the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC). The development consists of 766 residential units within 2 high-rise residential towers (i.e. 27 and 37-storeys) on a shared podium with 3 ground floor retail units, 4 levels of underground parking, a private north-south street with public access, and a new east-west public street. The development will include a mix of unit sizes that will cater to a variety of income and lifestyle choices and contribute to City-building within the VMC.
