The senior assisted accommodation facility and seniors condominium residential apartentment addresses the urban design and planning objectives of the community. The development locates buildings at the corner, provides landscape transitions to adjacent uses, creates a pedestrian environment along the street edges and recognizes connections to public transit and other community amenities.
