Located near Woodbine Avenue along Victoria Square Boulevard, KLM has led the planning process for this development including approvals of an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, and Draft Plan of Subdivision. The residential development will include a mix of housing types: nine rear lane townhouse dwellings, seventy single-detached dwellings, thirty-two residential street townhouse units, and five part lots. It will also feature a mid-rise development block, which will see the creation of a six-storey building containing 100 residential units. To support the community, the development includes a public parkette, easily accessible via two new public roads, as well as a natural heritage/greenway block.
