KLM Planning Partners led the consultant team for this project which included Kirkor Architects and SBK Landscape Architects. This mixed-use project is located along Dufferin Street, one of the City’s defined ‘Avenues’, across from the Yorkdale Shopping Centre. As one of the first redevelopments in the area the requirements for planning approval were extensive. The development provides street fronting retail along Dufferin Avenue, helping urbanize the street and encourage active transportation in the area.
