Located along Kingston road, KLM led the planning process for this development including approvals for Site Plan and Minor Variance. The development features 73 residential units, many of which having expansive views of the Hunt Club Golf Course and Lake Ontario to the south. The mid-rise building implements the City of Toronto's Avenues policy framework, helping create urban and walkable main streets across the city of Toronto while intensifying in a contextually sensitive way.
