KLM Planning Partners was the lead consultant on this team which included Kirkor Architects and Stantec Landscape Architects. This midrise residential development was developed to LEED Silver standards and included a green roof / terrace. KLM coordinated the submissions, liaised with all approval agencies and the municipality and attended all public and stakeholder meetings.
