Located near Bayview Avenue and Sheppard Avenue East, KLM led the planning process for this development including approvals for an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Approval. This mid-rise residential building was developed to LEED Silver standards and incorporates a green roof / terrace that supports both sustainability goals and resident amenity space. At 7-storeys and 172 units, the development delivers meaningful intensification along a key arterial corridor while remaining sensitive in scale to its surrounding context.
