Located at the merging of Danforth Avenue and Kingston Road in the Cliffside neighbourhood of Toronto, KLM led the planning process for this development including approvals of Site Plan and Minor Variance Applications. The now constructed residential building comprises of 180 residential units contributing to the regeneration of Kingston Road as envisioned by the Kingston Road Avenue Study. The development introduced a POPS amenity with new sidewalks along Glen Everest Road and Aylesford Drive enhancing transportation, mobility and accessibility.
