- Draft Plan of Condominium
Located east of Islington Avenue on the south side of Stegman’s Mill Road in Vaughan, KLM lead a team of consultants and obtained rezoning, subdivision, condominium (common elements), heritage and site plan approvals, which will see the development of one (1) freehold lot accessed by Stegman’s Mill Road, and 12 lots accessed by a private condominium road, for a total of 13 single detached dwelling units in the Kleinburg Historic Core. Of significance are three heritage inspired homes that will face Stegman’s Mill Road and will be accentuated with front yard landscaping and a heritage plaque that will commemorate the heritage styles of each of the original three dwellings on the property. The conveyance of the open space lands to the TRCA will also facilitate the City constructing a trail that is intended to connect with other assembled lands to enhance the pedestrian network within the Kleinburg community.
