Located at the intersection of Markham Road and Denison Street in the City of Markham, KLM has worked to facilitate the planning of eight stacked townhome blocks, which will see the creation of 269 stacked-townhouse dwelling units as well as two commercial units. Additionally, a series of internal sidewalks will provide pedestrian connectivity between the devlopment and the existing sidewalk network. KLM provided expert testimony at the Ontario Municipal Board in support of the proposed development.
