Located along Highway 7 near Kipling Avenue, KLM worked in conjunction with KFA Architects + Planners for this development which included an expert testomony at the Ontario Municipal Board. The development includes 169 stacked townhouse units with access from both Highway 7 and Coles Avenue, supported with one level of underground parking. The built project balances intensification along Highway 7 while remaining senstive to the sourrounding low-rise residential context.
