Located centrally within the Milliken Centre Secondary Plan Area at the intersection of Old Kennedy Road and Aldergrove Drive, KLM led the Site Plan Approval process for the site, which will see the creation of 64 residential units in a stacked townhouse build form. The development provides 8 live-work townhouse units fronting Old Kennedy Road and a central parkette, contributing to the creation of a complete community in the evolving Milliken Centre neighbourhood.
